GENERAL MANAGER - MIDWEST - $90-100K (BASED UPON
EXPERIENCE) - A highly successful established entertainment company known as
a leader in the entertainment industry has an immediate opening for a General
Manager to oversee/operate their brand new Restaurant/Night Club (350 seats); $7
Million in Food & Beverage volume. This new multi-use facility will
also include a stage for live entertainment/programmed music and videos.
Candidate must be an experienced high energy restaurateur with entertainment and
night club experience equipped with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys a fast
paced environment. A minimum of 3 years of extensive bar management/night
club and entertainment production experience is required (which includes
performance production, group bookings, etc. and knowledge of all aspects of
live entertainment productions). Kitchen operating experience is a
definite plus! This General Manager will be responsible for developing the
opening and operating procedures for the new concept including staff selection
and menu development and operating standards and for the successful opening and

for a Sous Chef with experience managing a high volume kitchen operation of
$6M+. A minimum of 5 years culinary experience within a large restaurant,
hotel, resort or similar environment is required and a degree from a culinary institute
would be a definite plus. Candidate must have a solid culinary skill set,
positive attitude and strong communication skills. Position includes a
comprehensive health benefits plan and participation in a bonus program of up to
