GENERAL MANAGER - MIDWEST - $90-100K (BASED UPON EXPERIENCE) - A highly successful established entertainment company known as a leader in the entertainment industry has an immediate opening for a General Manager to oversee/operate their brand new Restaurant/Night Club (350 seats); $7 Million in Food & Beverage volume.  This new multi-use facility will also include a stage for live entertainment/programmed music and videos.  Candidate must be an experienced high energy restaurateur with entertainment and night club experience equipped with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys a fast paced environment.  A minimum of 3 years of extensive bar management/night club and entertainment production experience is required (which includes performance production, group bookings, etc. and knowledge of all aspects of live entertainment productions).  Kitchen operating experience is a definite plus!  This General Manager will be responsible for developing the opening and operating procedures for the new concept including staff selection and menu development and operating standards and for the successful opening and operating of the facility post-opening.  #RY111101
