Company History
EXECUTIVE REFERRAL SERVICES, INC. was founded in 1990 in
Chicago, Illinois. The company is designed to meet the recruiting
needs of service related industries. Our company provides a unique
approach to meeting our clients' needs. We bring to the table
experience, contacts, responsiveness, confidentiality and a team
approach. We develop a spirit of cooperation with our clients that
yields a successful, expedient conclusion to the search process.
Our clients expect and receive objective advice and counsel. Our
firm only represents our clients' needs and negotiates on their
behalf. The end result, a successful search, is our mutual goal.
Executive Referral Services is comprised of seasoned
specialists who recruit all levels of management and upper level
executives within their specific industry. Each specialist has
extensive contacts and relationships with key executives within
their respective industries. The average tenure of our staff is
12+ years of recruiting and human resource expertise.
